SPECIFIC - Must be detailed with a plan
MEASURABLE - Able to be measured and known
ALIGNED - Must be aligned with your Purpose & Vision
RISKING - Must be a stretch or risk
TIME BASED - Must be completed by a certain time
The Process
Dave uses the latest science combined with proven change methodologies to make it as simple and easy as possible. The process includes:
1. Setting goals and gathering information
2. Designing and agreeing on the plan
3. Regular online or telephone coaching sessions towards goals
4. Empowering clients with the best educational and change tools
5. Measuring progress
Some Common Health Goals
1. Optimal aging - working together to expanding your health span
2. Lose weight and gain strength
3. Gain improved energy and happiness
4. Reduce risk factors for chronic diease
The Cost
The final price is dependent on the outcomes required and the time it takes for client to successfully reach their goals. Usually Dave charges a set fee for a minimum of 10 hours in divided sessions which can be repeated depending on progress. Many clients will want to move onto new goals with Dave and while this is possible, he encourages clients to do as much learning and changing themselves.
